Beyond Nigeria.
Book shipments to the Gambia and Tanzania, Rotary's first Peace Center in Africa, and public health work with The Carter Center.

What the programme does
The Foundation's international programmes extend its education and health work beyond Nigeria. Book shipments under the Books For Africa partnership have reached the Gambia and Tanzania, and forty thousand books were donated to Liberian youth with Visions in Action.
A 2019 leadership gift of USD $250,000 helped inspire Rotary's first Peace Center in Africa, at Makerere University in Kampala, Uganda, where Rotary Peace Fellows study peace and conflict resolution.
Public health work beyond Nigeria runs with The Carter Center, and the Foundation supports glaucoma research at the University of Mainz in Germany.
